Laser marking system
Laser marking technology is one of the largest application fields in laser processing. Laser marking is the use of high-energy density laser to locally irradiate the workpiece, causing the surface material to vaporize or produce color changes through temperature, thereby leaving permanent marks. Laser marking changes the position of the output beam through the deflection of the galvanometer, and then focuses the laser into a micrometer sized focusing spot through a lens, achieving fine marking of a large format. The extremely thin laser beam after focusing is like a tool, which can remove the material on the surface of the object point by point. Its progressiveness lies in that the marking process is non-contact processing, which does not produce mechanical extrusion or mechanical stress, so it will not damage the processed object. Since the size after laser focusing is very small, the heat affected area is small, and the processing is fine, it can complete some processes that cannot be achieved by conventional methods.
